Huggins on the James Ossuary

Huggins on the James Ossuary

My friend, Ron Huggins, has noted some “Overlooked Aspects of the Case” regarding the James Ossuary debate. Most importantly, he questions whether the first part of the inscription might rather be the forged part instead of the latter:

If there is any forgery at all it did not occur by the name “brother of Jesus” being added to James son of Joseph.” Rather the original inscription (if there was one) read instead either “Jesus,” or perhaps “Joseph the brother of Jesus.”
